booklet printing/assembly: download and print (double-sided) the A file of the issue you want. The file is set up for booklet printing. Simply print double-sided, with pages oriented for 'short edge' binding, and then fold the whole thing in half into a book. If you are feeling a little preservationist, maybe put a staple or two along the fold to bind the book together; the extravagant might even bind it with a stitch from needle and thread.

non-booklet/electronic reading: Download the B file of the issue you want. This file is setup as individual pages suitable for reading on one's computer screen or printing as you wish--especially if you can only print one-sided.
